About Us

Leszek Muniak and Associates Ltd. (LMA) specializes in the development and presentation of Building Code related seminars. These are directed at developing a skill in and an understanding of the application of life safety and fire protection elements of Canadian building and fire codes to building design, construction, use and operation.

We have developed and presented numerous seminars on a variety of topics ranging in duration from one hour to four days. All of these seminars and courses are designed to educate building code professionals and end users in;

• the understanding of code fundamentals, background, intent and legal obligations;
• in the appropriate application of code requirements and
• in the development of compliance alternatives and equivalent solutions.

Our staff is trained in seminar presentation and facilitation. Collectively, LMA staff presents approximately 20 full day seminars annually.
